Sherry Cobbler
Make Sherry Cobbler with Amontillado sherry, Palo Cortado, 1 tsp Superfine Sugar (or granulated). Follow the measured ingredients below, then use Recipe Lab to record and compare your own version.

- 45 ml Amontillado sherry
- 45 ml Palo Cortado
- 1 tsp Superfine Sugar (or granulated)
- 1/2 Orange Wheel
- 1/2 Lemon Wheel
Preparation
Shake both sherries and sugar with the listed citrus pieces and ice. Strain onto crushed ice in a julep cup.
Garnish
Finish with fresh berries, ¼ wheel each orange and lemon. Serve with straws.
