Ingredients

- 45 ml Gin
- 30 ml Fresh Lemon Juice
- 10 ml Simple Syrup
- Splash of Soda Water
Preparation
Shake gin, lemon and syrup with ice. Strain into a tall, narrow glass and finish with soda.
Garnish
Finish with lemon slice, optional lemon zest.
